Welcome to Bonk Heads. These terms apply when you visit bonkheads.store or buy from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Our products

Bonk Heads are plush costume pieces. They are not protective gear: a Bonk Head isn't a helmet and won't protect your head. Always wear proper safety equipment and follow the rules of the mountain. We do our best to show products accurately, but colors can look slightly different on different screens.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices or product availability at any time. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout. You agree to give accurate payment and contact information.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is covered in our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

The Bonk Heads name, logo, photos and site content belong to Bonk Heads. You may not use them without our permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bonk Heads isn't liable for any indirect or consequential damages from using our site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this site is the one that applies.
