Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every order. Faster shipping options, where available, are shown at checkout with their price.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time

Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 7–14 business days. Delivery times are estimates, and carrier delays can happen during busy seasons or bad weather.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Lost, stolen or missing packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in a while, or it shows delivered but you can't find your package, email us at support@bonkheads.store and we'll help sort it out with the carrier.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Multiple items

If you order more than one Bonk Head, your items may arrive in separate packages.
